The laws of the UK govern any contract between us.
When an order is placed, we will issue you with an acknowledgement. This is a record of your offer to purchase an item from us at a certain price but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. After the order is placed, we reserve the right to accept, cancel, refuse or limit the order. This could be due to the unavailability of a product or for any other reason. The total liability of us is limited to the price paid for the item.
For Business Customers (we would classify any delivery to a business address to be a Business Customer) if you wish to cancel or reject your order, you must contact us for a returns number within 14 days of receiving the goods. If this is the case, the goods must be returned with their original packaging and unopened. You will have a further 14 days from your initial notification to return the goods to us. Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk and must be received in their original condition as they were delivered to you. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after the goods are returned to us. We will deduct the original shipping costs from any refund and reserve the right to impose a restocking fee subject to the condition of the returned goods.
For Consumers (Private Individuals and not Business Customers; we would classify any delivery to a business address to be a Business Customer and not a Consumer) you are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations and have the right to change their minds and return the goods.
Consumers must inform us in writing within 14 working days - by letter or email - of their decision to cancel. You will then have a further 14 days from that date to return the item.
Consumers' money will be reimbursed as soon as possible - within a maximum period of 30 days.
Goods must be returned in original packaging.
Return postage will be paid by the customer .
A Returns Number must be obtained from us prior to returning any goods.
If goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty/Dead On Arrival (DOA), we must be told immediately. Please retain the packaging. We will reimburse any postal costs incurred in returning damaged or DOA items to us.
Our prices are checked regularly to ensure we remain competitive and to take market forces into consideration and we try to ensure the price displayed on the website is accurate at all times. Very occasionally however, errors may occur. If we do discover an error, we will inform you of the correct price by email as soon as possible to see if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price or to give you the opportunity to cancel your order if you do not wish to pay the correct price. If you cancel after having already paid for the goods, we will issue you with a full refund. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
We reserve the right to make changes to this site including changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Should you have a complaint against us, please contact us giving details of your complaint and any relevant information. We will endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days and to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Any disputes not resolved by our normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English law.
All UK recognised educational establishments – schools, colleges, universities and LEAs and other Public Sector bodies– can be invoiced by us when the order is dispatched, upon receipt of an official purchase order. Our terms are 30 days. Businesses and private individuals will automatically be directed through to our credit card processing system.
We have a FREE UK delivery policy on all items including Northern Ireland.

We keep a large selection of items in stock at any time, however if the item you require is not available, we are happy to back order it for you, this is normally only one or two days. We will always keep you informed by phone or email as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
If you would rather not wait or need the item in a hurry, the order can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch.100% Guarantee
Refurbished HP LaserJet printers include a 12 month on-site repair warranty. The service covers rectification of hardware failure to restore the printer to the configuration and functionality that existed prior to the failure. An engineer will normally attend on-site within 24 to 48 hours of a fault call being logged. (Monday to Friday) For printer with a fault within 30 days of delivery, at our discretion a replacement printer may be supplied in place of the On-Site engineer visit. Likewise if a printer cannot be repaired on-site by our engineer a replacement unit will be provided.
Any hardware failure or damage caused by the user will not be covered under the warranty and a standard call out charge of £115 + vat will be made in this instance.
The on-site warranty is only available to mainland UK and Northern Ireland, warranty may be available in other areas but customer must contact us first to check availability. (In areas not covered by the on-site service customers can return an item to us for repair)
The service does not cover replacement or damage to consumable items such as toners, and paper feed rollers. Such consumable items can be replaced by the engineer but may be chargeable. Cost for replacement items will be advised prior to installation. Fuser units are also classed as a consumable item as there is a set maintenance cycle for most HP printers which would involve replacing the fuser unit, however we give the same 6 month limited warranty as our refurbished units. please see below for further details of the warranty.
All of our JetDirect cards come with our full 24 month replacement warranty and 100 percent guarantee of satisfaction. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with any of our JetDirect cards or external print servers, they can be returned at your expense for a refund within 7 days of purchase. A restocking charge of £15 will be made to cover original postage, packaging and handling costs.
Refurbished Maintenance Kits and Fusers come with a 6 month unit replacement warranty. This warranty covers any fuser which displays an Error 50 code or other hardware failure but does not cover damage to the fuser film. However, if you return the damaged fuser to us we will be happy to replace any damaged or shredded fuser film at a fixed cost of £20 + vat. Fuser units must be within the set page life as set by HP and a configuration age may be required to confirm page count prior to replacement. Customer is responsible for cost of returning fuser.
Original HP Maintenance Kits and Fuser units are subject to HP's manufacturer warranty and any faults should be reported directly to HP on 0845 161 0030. Currently the warranty offered by HP is for 12 months.
New equipment - All new machines are covered by the individual manufacturer warranty, which varies dependant on the type of machine. Any faults after 30 days from purchase must be logged directly with the manufacturer. This covers all new products from HP, Canon, XYZ and Craftunique. If a fault develops within 30 days of delivery we may, dependant on the manufacturer's policy offer a replacement unit or on site/off site repair.
Any hardware failure or damage caused by the user will not be covered under the warranty.
Damaged Goods in Transit
In the unlikely event you do receive an item that has been damaged in transit, We must be informed within 48-hours of delivery and a returns number will then be issued. We will then arrange for the item to be collected and a replacement will be dispatched to you. We will pay for the postage for the item to be returned to us. All items that are returned must be in there original packaging. Goods returned without a valid returns number will be refused.
Faulty or defective goods (Refurbished items only)
If one of our refurbished items is faulty or develops a defect within its warranty period, subject to warranty type, an engineer may be dispatched or a replacement will be issued. If an engineer visits and is not able to resolve the fault a replacement machine will be provided.
Accidental damage, neglect or misuse is not an acceptable reason for return.
We must be contacted first for a valid returns number prior to the product being shipped back to us. The returns number must accompany the items sent back and items that are returned must be in their original packaging or suitably packaged.
JetDirect cards or fuser units must not be returned without prior authorisation from us.

Wrongly Ordered Goods
If an item has been ordered by mistake, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However we must be notified in writing (by post or email) within 14 days of delivery and a returns number obtained before the item is returned. Goods must be returned within 14 days of initial notification.
Goods must be returned unopened and with the seal intact. Postage will be paid by the customer and credit note or refund will be issued.
This may be subject to a restocking fee subject to the condition of the returned item and original packaging.
Any brand names or product names which are used in this website relate to products manufactured by third parties and owned by these respective parties.
We do not give any permission for these brand names to be used by anyone else and any such use could represent an infringement of the manufacturers’ rights.
Any other information and content on this site are copyright to us and must not be used by a third party without our consent.
Information must not be reproduced, published or exploited for commercial gains.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information gathered as part of the ordering process is used in strict adherence to the Data Protection Act 1998 and for the purposes of despatching your order.
